How to fill the torch lighter with butane? Lower the lighter's flame to its minimum setting to ensure a tight seal. Flip the lighter, align the gas cylinder's air outlet with the lighter's air inlet, and press firmly 3 to 5 times for 3 to 5 seconds each.
What should I do when the butane lighter can't be refilled? Excess air in the tank might be the cause. Release the gas and align the air inlet. Quickly deflate 1-2 times and refill. The lighter may become cold, wait 3-5 minutes. Ensure any residual butane on the lighter evaporates before igniting.
Does this torch lighter contain any butane when I get it? No. Because butane is against the shipping rules, all of our cigar lighters are without any fuel.
